Welcome to the Pilates Grove, Sierra Vista's premier movement studio located where the oak groves meet the base of the Huachuca Mountains.

We offer a unique holistic wellness experience featuring a blend of Private, Semi-Private, and Group Pilates classes, coupled with workshops highlighting interrelationships between the health of the human body, our communities, and our environment.

Striving to be designated as the City of Sierra Vista's "Green Collective", the Pilates Grove will act as a hub for local experts to gather and share knowledge on a variety of topics carefully and intentionally selected to promote both personal and environmental health.

• Movement Basics, a pre-requisite for our group classes, will be offered  every 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month beginning August 16th.  Space is limited to 10 participants per class and reservations are required.  Cost: $18.  Call the studio to book your class today!
