Welcome to the Pilates Grove, Sierra Vista's premier movement studio located where the oak groves meet the base of the Huachuca Mountains.

We offer a unique holistic wellness experience featuring a blend of Private, Semi-Private, Group Pilates classes, and Yoga, coupled with workshops highlighting interrelationships between the health of the human body, our communities, and our environment.

Striving to be designated as the City of Sierra Vista's "Green Collective", the Pilates Grove will act as a hub for local experts to gather and share knowledge on a variety of topics carefully and intentionally selected to promote both personal and environmental health.
